Awalnya masuk ke meja service Vivo Y15 dengan keluhan tidak muncul singnal, setelah dicek ternyata imei ga muncul.
Setelah coba repair imei via mtdroid hasilnya masih sama, jadi coba diflash dan hasilnya work 100%.

Cara flash Vivo Y15
  1. Sebaiknya baterai terisi minimal 50% atau lebih, agar tidak sampai kehabisan saat proses berlangsung.
  2. Download Driver Mediatek MTK atau Driver USB Vcom Mediatek kemudian install, langkah ini bisa dilewati jika sebelumnya sudah terinstal.
  3. Download SP Flashtool sebaiknya versi terbaru, di sini menggunakan SP Flash Tool versi 5.1352.01 kemudian ekstrak.
  4. Download Firmware Vivo Y15 kemudian ekstrak, passwordnya "poho deui" tanpa tanda kutip.
  5. Buka flash_tool.exe dari folder hasil ekstrak SP Flashtool, kemudian klik scatter-loading dan pilih file scatter loading yang ada di folder firmware Vivo Y15 yang sudah di ekstrak tadi.
  6. Setelah semua file muncul di list, kemudian klik tombol Download.
  7. Setelah klik Download, selanjutnya matikan ponsel, lepas baterai kemudian pasang lagi, sambungkan kabel data usb ke komputer. Maka proses flashing akan berjalan tunggu sampai selesai.
  8. Setelah finish sampai 100% akan muncul nofikasi Download Ok.
  9. Lepas kabel usb, kemudian coba nyalakan ponsel.

Dengan cara diatas imei normal kembali, semoga bermanfaat.
