Unlocking Bootloader:

HOW-TO:

STEP-1:
Register
  • Daftarkan e-mail kamu di Website Motorola.
  • Buka menu Settings > About Phone, di device kamu. Lalu tap 7 kali pada tulisan Build Number.
  • Kembali ke menu utama Settings, scroll kebawah lalu masuk ke menu Developer Options. Kemudian aktifkan option Allow OEM Unlock.

STEP-2:
Mencari ID device kamu. Caranya:
  • Reboot ke Bootloader (matikan device, lalu tekan tombol power dan volume down).
  • Buka CMD / Terminal di desktop kamu. lalu ketik:
  • $ mfastboot oem get_unlock_data
  •  Lalu akan muncul hasil seperti ini:
  • $ fastboot oem get_unlock_data (bootloader) 0240540162024205#4C4D3556313230 (bootloader) 30373as313630330df332323239#BD00 (bootloader) 8A672BA4746C2CE0a328A2AC0C39F95 (bootloader) 1A3E5#1F53280002000000000000000 (bootloader) 0000000
  • Jika kamu menggunakan Mac OS, hasilnya akan seperti ini:
  • INFO0A40040192024205#4C4D3556313230 INFO30373731363031303332323239#BD00 INFO8A672BA4746C2CE02328A2AC0C39F95 INFO1A3E5#1F53280002000000000000000 INFO0000000
  • Copy dan paste kelima baris hasil tersebut tanpa (bootloader) atau (INFO). Lalu jadikan satu baris dan tanpa spasi. Hasilnya akan seperti ini:
  • 0240540162024205#4C4D355631323030373as313630330df332323239#BD008A672BA4746C2CE0a328A2AC0C39F951A3E5#1F532800020000000000000000000000 

STEP-3:
Proses Unlocking device
  • Kembali ke website Motorola, lalu cek apakah device kita dapat di Unlock Bootloader atau tidak. Caranya copy hasil string ID yang sudah kita generate dan kita jadikan satu baris tadi, lalu paste dan klik "Can my device be unlocked?".
  • *Note: jika device kamu unlockable, sebuah tombol "REQUEST UNLOCK KEY" akan muncul di bawah halaman. Lalu klik tombol tersebut, dan kamu akan dikirimkan kode unik ke email yang tadi kamu daftarkan.
  • Setelah kita mendapatkan kode unik dari website motorola, buka kembali CMD / Terminal. Lalu ketik:
  • mfastboot oem unlock <kode unik>
Tunggu proses sampai selesai sampai device kamu otomatis reboot.
